We received 2 sets of beautiful dinning ware on Aug. 24. When we unpacked and washed them we noticed two plates had small imperfections. I contacted HomeVSS by email along with the images of the plates and on Aug. 31 I received a completely new set of dinning ware. Lucy from HomeVSS advise that the imperfect plates did not have to be returned and kept me informed regarding the status of the replacement set. That is what a call a first class operation that cares about their customers.
These are beautiful in the pictures, and they don't do them justice. I was surprised how good they look in person. I have always had just plain one color dishes most my adult life so this was a nice find. Not only is the design beautiful but the dished themselves are well made. They have a great weight to them. The mugs feel good in your hand. The handles are designed well. The bowls are wide and shallow. The plates have a slant to the edges, keeping sauces on your plate better.

Bought 3 sets of the Jade Green for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them, and she's very selective. The dishes are beautiful and different, and I was amazed at how well they were packaged. One dish was damaged in shipment surprisingly, but customer service delivered a replacement. Love these! Had an issue with order but was fixed promptly. Nice weight and don't get extremely hot in microwave like my old set. I purchased 4 sets all arrived in tact no broken pieces. Would recommend
