Ceramics are inherently fragile, but we have perfected our packaging. All orders are packed using custom-engineered, shock-absorbent eco-packaging. In the rare event that your items are damaged during transit, we provide 100% free replacements or refunds immediately. (See Section 5 for details).

1. SERVICE AREA

Currently, we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
2. SHIPPING COSTS & TIMELINES

To give you the most scannable overview, here is our current shipping matrix. All shipments are handled by reliable premium carriers including GOFO, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 3 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday).
3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email equipped with a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the official carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) or via our native tracking portal.

4. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT (48-Hour Window)

Please inspect your packages upon arrival. If you discover that your items have been compromised during transit:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homevss.com.
  3. Our dedicated support team will arrange a priority replacement shipment or full refund for you immediately.
