Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Contiguous U.S. orders $40+ ship free; all other regions (AK/HI, Canada, UK/EU, AU/NZ, Asia, etc.) are charged at checkout. International orders may have duties/VAT charged by local customs.
How long will delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days; international: typically 7–15 business days (varies by destination and customs). A tracking e-mail is sent when your order ships.
What is your return policy?

My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Are your dinnerware products food-safe and dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes—our stoneware & bone china use lead- and cadmium-free food-safe glazes. Most items are dishwasher & microwave safe (see icons on each product).
How do I track or change my order?
You’ll receive tracking by e-mail. Need to change/cancel? Contact us as soon as possible—changes are easiest before the order ships.
