Where we ship
  1. Contiguous U.S. (48 states): Available with free shipping on $40+.
  2. AK/HI & PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Shipped via calculated carrier rates when eligible.
  3. U.S. territories & international: Please contact us before ordering.
    (Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or remote areas.)
Processing time
  1. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  2. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may start processing the next business day.
  3. Pre-order/back-order items will show an estimated ship window on the product page and in your confirmation e-mail.
Shipping options & costs
  1. Standard (3–7 business days): FREE on $40+; otherwise calculated at checkout.
  2. Expedited (2–3 business days): Offered at checkout where available.
  3. Overnight/Priority: Contact us for a quote.
Tracking & multiple packages
  1. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  2. To deliver faster, one order may ship in multiple packages; each package will have its own tracking.
Packaging for fragile items

We design our packaging for ceramic dinnerware—double-wall cartons, protective inserts, and drop-test-verified cushioning. Please inspect on delivery and photograph any damage before discarding packaging.

Delivery issues (lost, stolen, damaged)
  1. Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, outer carton, inner packing, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
  2. Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members/neighbors and allow 48 hours for a carrier update; then contact us to initiate a trace.
  3. Lost in transit: We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the claim and reship when confirmed lost.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window & condition
  1. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including inserts).
  3. For sets, please return the complete set.
What’s not eligible
  1. Final-sale/clearance items, customized items, gift cards, and used or washed items.
  2. Damage caused by improper use or insufficient repacking.
How to start a return
  1. E-mail us at info@homevss.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Pack securely (use original inserts if possible) and ship within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping fees
  1. Change of mind/size preference: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Wrong/defective/damaged items: We cover the return or offer a free replacement.
Refunds & processing time
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
  1. Fastest way: place a new order for the item you want and start a return for the original.
  2. Or contact us and we’ll assist with a direct exchange where available.
Refused/undeliverable shipments

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or missed delivery attempts may incur reship or return fees deducted from refunds (unless due to our error).

  1. Free replacement for items damaged on arrival.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include 2–3 photos (damaged item, inner/outer packaging, shipping label).
