Raw Materials
Every piece begins with a refined clay body of high-quality clay, feldspar, and quartz from trusted sources. Each batch is inspected for purity, particle size, and plasticity to ensure consistent strength, color, and glaze fit.
The Crafting Process
1) Mixing & Forming
Materials are blended to a precise recipe, then shaped by wheel-throwing, slip casting, or pressure-forming depending on the design. Each piece is hand-finished—edges are trimmed, foot rings are smoothed, and surfaces are prepared for an even glaze.
2) Drying & Bisque Firing (~1000 °C)
Formed pieces dry slowly to prevent warping and stress. A first “bisque” firing removes residual moisture and strengthens the body so it can accept glaze evenly.
3) Glazing
We apply lead-free glazes by dipping, spraying, or brushing to achieve a uniform coat and the finish specified for each collection—matte, satin, or gloss.
4) Final Firing (>1200 °C)
The glazed ware is fired again at high temperature. Body and glaze fuse into a vitrified, non-porous surface that resists staining, chipping, and thermal shock—ready for everyday meals and commercial service.

Quality Control
Quality is checked at every stage—raw material intake, in-process inspections, and final sampling. We screen for warpage, pinholes, glaze adhesion, color consistency, and finish. Functional checks include microwave/dishwasher trials and packaging drop tests so pieces arrive safely.

For restaurants and hotels, our vitrified body and chip-resistant rims stand up to heavy cycles and stacking. At home, the soft hues and clean profiles elevate everyday dining while staying practical—microwave and dishwasher safe for real life.
