At HomeVss Ceramic (operated by Zhao Overseas, Inc.), we strive to deliver our ceramic products to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. SERVICE AREA

• We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
• We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. ORDER TIMELINES

• Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time.
• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Ceramic Products (Dinnerware Sets, Cookware, etc.):

• FREE Shipping on orders $50.00 and up.
• $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50.00.

Sublimation Mugs: Free shipping.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

5. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

Ceramics are fragile. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at info@homevss.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
