At HomeVss Ceramic, we provide transparent shipping and return rules to ensure you shop with confidence.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Service Area:
  • We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Timelines:
  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Costs:
Standard Products (Dinnerware Sets, Cookware, etc.):
    • FREE Shipping on orders $50.00 and up.
    • $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50.00.

Sublimation Mugs:
    • Due to the heavy weight of ceramic mugs, they are excluded from the standard free shipping offer.
    • Standard Rate: $4.99 for orders up to $99.99.
    • Heavy Order Rate: $6.99 for orders $100.00 and up.

 

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Fees:
    1. Damaged Items: HomeVss covers return shipping.
    2. Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

 

3.BREAKAGE REPLACEMENT

  • Since ceramics are fragile, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@homevss.com within 7 days of delivery. To process your free replacement quickly, please provide:
  1. Your Order Number.
  2. 2-3 Photos showing the damaged item, the inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label.
  3. Your current Shipping Address for the replacement.
